I am proud to report that I have been elected to the board of Women Lawyers of Pasco. WLP is the newest chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and membership in WLP includes membership in FAWL. The mission of WLP is “to actively promote and recognize the leadership roles of its members in the legal profession, judiciary and community at large.” WLP has some exciting things planned to further that mission, including regular meetings on the third Tuesday of every month. The April meeting will be a Judical Reception honoring the judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
My role is to serve as the director for the Central portion of Pasco County. Wesley Chapel and the surrounding areas are one of the fastest growing areas of Pasco, and the state. I welcome the opportunity to bring Central Pasco’s voice to the Board. I look forward to working with the rest of the board to further the mission of WLP and serving women lawyers in Pasco County!
