6th Annual IP Symposium a Success

I am so honored to have played a role in another successful intellectual property symposium sponsored by the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. This year, as Chair of the IP Committee, I was pleased to see so many others take an active planning role — the future of the committee is in good hands.

In addition to helping with the planning, I gave the copyright law roundup presentation, and also moderated a panel on the Supreme Court’s decision in ABC v. Aereo, pictured here.

Many thanks to Mike Colitz, who served as Symposium chair this year, Kimra Major-Morris, the CLE Vice Chair, and Woody Pollack, Legislation Vice Chair and active committee member, and all of the members of the Symposium Committee. I look forward to assisting with the planning for 2016!
