DPW Legal Launches New Website

Welcome to the new web home of DPW Legal.  After many years of practicing at law firms ranging from 250 attorneys to 5 attorneys, Dineen Pashoukos Wasylik founded DPW Legal in 2013 to provide affordable, quality legal services for individuals and small businesses. Dineen’s practice focuses on her two favorite areas of the law:  Intellectual Property and Appeals.

Intellectual Property.  If you run a small business, you likely have intellectual property issues and don’t even realize it.  Dineen has a passion for helping small business ensure their intellectual property — copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and trade secrets — is protected before litigation arises.  If a dispute does occur, Dineen can assist with responding to cease-and-desist letters, and if need be,  litigate in court.  Dineen loves to represent photographers, web designers, software developers, and other authors.

Appeals.  Dineen’s other passion is litigating appeals, whether in Federal or state court.  Dineen has particular experience with litigating foreclosure appeals, always representing the rights of the Homeowner.  As part of her appellate practice, Dineen provides litigation support services for other attorneys, assisting in preparing trial court pleadings and post-trial briefing.  Dineen can be retained on a project-by-project basis, as trial or appellate co-counsel, or as as lead appellate counsel,  depending on the needs of the client.

Dineen is the only attorney in Florida that is Board Certified in both Intellectual Property and Appellate Practice.  So if you have an intellectual property appeal you’ve definitely come to the right place!
